There are two ways we tackle a mossy roof. A roof wash is a low-pressure soft wash that physically removes moss, mould and lichen for an immediate clean. A moss & mould treatment is a spray applied to the roof that kills growth at the spore level and keeps working over the following months — ideal for fragile roofs or ongoing protection. We'll recommend the right approach for your roof.

Roof treatment
Applied as a foam, so it works harder
For roof treatments we apply the moss and mould solution as a thick foam rather than a fine spray. The foam clings to the roof with far less runoff, and stays wet on the surface for much longer — giving the treatment more time to work and making it more effective at killing moss, mould and lichen at the source.
